Additional curriculum is provided through Harvard Business School industry case studies. The immersion component exposes Fellows to behind-the-scenes site visits and other experiential elements.


    Founded by the Nashville Health Care Council, the Fellows initiative is changing the way the industry meets today’s most critical health care challenges. A nationally unique offering, Fellows brings together a select group of senior industry executives from around the country with renowned thought leaders in a collaborative environment. The class is co-led by former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, M.D., and Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management Professor Larry Van Horn. Through eight, day-long sessions, the Fellows participate in a nationally unique curriculum, focused on business strategies, creating value, driving industry growth and effecting change, on both local and national levels.
