Her technical skills in grants management is outstanding, she has demonstrated experience in managing multiple grants in excess of $100m and in some cases up to $500m with up to 200 sub-grantees. She has the ability to make herself understood in numerous settings, from grassroots community based settings through civil society and senior business executives to high ranking government officials; she speaks true to facts and issues at hand and competently fields public questioning and clarifications on technical matters. Her personal disposition is well suited for multicultural engagements; I have seen her work well across at least fifteen national boundaries, managing the cultural diversities that emanates from such a broad scope of work. She is a good judge of character and a peoples person, capable of getting the best out of team members while motivating individual members in the process.
