    Prisnel Dominique is an IT Director at Goodwin. With over 12 years of experience in IT, from help desk analyst to management, he has a pragmatic approach while still thinking strategically. Pride in his product, a passion for engaging people, creativity and a commitment to service excellence have all contributed to his success as a leader in user experience.

    Jeremy Newman is the Immediate Response Manager at Perkins Coie, LLP. He has been in this positon for about a year, and oversees all functions of the service desk. Jeremy was previously with Seyfarth Shaw, LLP for several years, most recently as the service desk manager.
