As a national nonprofit leader in visual arts curriculum, Art in Action has proudly served over a half million kindergarten through 8th grade students since 1982. We provide classroom lessons to develop the skills of what the World Economic Forum is referring to as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, chief of these skills are creativity, critical thinking, and complex problem solving, through hands-on learning with art. Today we reach 85,000 students and train nearly 3,000 teachers and parent volunteers in more than 600 schools and after-school programs nationwide. 51% of those we serve are Title I schools in underserved communities.

The present disclosure provides methods and systems for determining a route or distance traveled of a vehicle. A computer-implemented method for determining a route of a vehicle during a trip comprises obtaining sensor information from a vehicle and obtaining position information from the vehicle using a global positioning system (GPS) component. Next, a route of the vehicle may be determined based at least in part on the position information and route information provided by a user onboard the vehicle during the trip. For portions of the trip in which the GPS component is not available or accurate, at least a portion of a corresponding route segment may be determined using the sensor information without the position information.
