You want to enhance customer loyalty. How can you leverage data analytics to personalize interactions?
It's helpful to have technology tools that can aid personalization. Once you have personas and segments in place build regular, relevant, value-add communications to each segment, further personalized by persona. For example, provide your working parent persona in a Midwest geo with content relevant to them that aligns with your brand (hint: 3rd party content that aligns with your brand but isn't produced by your brand can provide your brand more credibility - it shows you care for your customer more than anything), but useful to the individual receiving it. This sort of effort ongoing will cultivate trust. Surprise, delight and recognize your customers along to help give them a positive experience to which they want to stay loyal.

How can gamification align with your brand identity and values?
The only way gamification aligns with your brand identity and values is to realize gamification is a tool. Do not build your brand identity & values around gamification, but rather ensure as you define your brand and values that using gamification is the right approach to enhance and further your goals, on-brand and aligned with org values. Then introduce it to your customers. Bring customers in from the beginning -- they will tell you if they want and/or would respond well to gamification, if you focus group it or pilot it with a small group of customers. Take your findings, build gamification that aligns with your brand, is embraced by your customers and helps you meet your goals Or, determine that gamification is not right for your org.

You might want to consider using an AI market research tool like UserCue, to start. It will likely shave a lot of time and effort off of your research data gathering, which will allow you to action a plan forward, faster. https://www.linkedin.com/company/usercue/

AutismHR provided online resources to autistic adults to help pave an entrepreneurial path to income. While AutismHR is now defunct, the website still exists and directs visitors to the private LinkedIn group, Autistic Professionals, that people can join. Created and published several online tutorials for creative autistic adults to benefit from the Gig Economy as an alternative to, and/or a springboard toward, landing traditional full-time employment.
Accomplishments included:
• Forged an informal partnership with the online Gig Economy platform Fiverr.com
• Generated local, regional and national earned media coverage that helped provide further reach to this effort
• Beyond AutismHR.com’s focus on the Gig Economy, it also built a database of employers with inclusive hiring practices to help autistic individuals seeking employment.
