When you call yourself a responsible gun owner or more importantly a qualified instructor, and you watch an instructor doing something careless, reckless or dangerous with a firearm and you pretend it didn’t happen or to ignore it because you need that person’s adulation or you want them to see you as part of team “tacti-cool” what does that really say about your qualifications? Youtube has brought a lot of information out but has also exposed a lot of people who think that they are now qualified to operate way above their pay grade. I see guys on a weekly basis and because they know a veteran, (that is a red flag all by itself, because the large majority are far from being trained marksmen) or knows somebody in SOF, and you think that you're qualified and need that person's adulation. Or when you think that guy's out of range so it’s OK to be Reckless or dangerous with a firearm, know this, 9mm round can travel 1.44 miles.
