“It was my pleasure working with Natalie on a Core Modeler role at BlackRock. It was immediate since her introductory call with me that she not only genuinely wants me to win but also had a detailed plan and a well-designed strategy for me to succeed. She introduced me so well to BlackRock that they decided to make an exception to waive the phone interviews for me and instead directly bring me onsite. Natalie kept the entire process transparent and all communication channels open. She pushed for new progress from BlackRock. She always patiently answered my questions even if they related to less predictable uncertainty. She told me any updates or information that can potentially help me win. She scheduled prep phone calls to help me perform well in my onsite interview. She said normally a second round would be required but she followed up immediately after my onsite interview and got me an offer the day after my onsite -- effectively another waiver of second-round onsite. She kindly invited me to the best cappuccino afterwards and helped me gain new insights on the buy side and prepared me for my new role at BlackRock. I enthusiastically recommend Natalie without reservation to any quant who wants a better placement. ”

“I had the opportunity to work with Natalie as her client. Not only was she extremely professional and competent, she also went out of her way to follow up with me after she successfully placed me at my new role. Throughout the search process, she made herself available and shared relevant information about potential employers and roles. Natalie is very knowledgeable about her industry and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their next role.”

I am working exclusively with a systematic hedge fund in New York seeking a quantitative researcher focused on single stock equity alpha research. The client has a dedicated statistical arbitrage (stat-arb) book and is seeking to add someone to the team that focuses on alpha generation using factor-based data sets (momemtum, growth, value, sentiment etc.). This includes single stocks, factor baskets, basket indices, single stocks and ETF experience. They are looking for positive skewness and market neutrality. Must haves include: - Minimum 3 years in a quantitative researcher position. - Proven track record in generating alpha - Experience with factor-based data sets (not price/volume) - Fully systematic methodology - Have deep knowledge in generating alpha signals within single stock US equities. - Generate signals in a market neutral construct. -Time horizons range from one day to one month. -Academic pedigree with a quantitative background (mathematics, engineering, physics, computer science etc.). The person will have transparency into the performance metrics of the research signals with the ability to generate a track record. Must be in NYC area or be willing to relocate. Comp range from $400,000 to $600,000 DM or email me if interested in learning more.
