Here's every customer that is NOT a fit for us. -Any individual seller (only needing 1 seat) -If you use phone systems that can't connect to our platform -Smaller / non-scaling teams where leadership is on every call already -If you use certain CRMs that are unable to integrate with us -Your use case is only needing transcripts of calls -Internal call only use cases It's equally important to know your ICP (ideal customer profile), as who is NOT your ICP. If your solution is for everyone, it's for no one. Can't fit a round peg in a square hole.

I never missed a monthly number as an AE. Part of my success was strictly hustle. My activity was constantly higher than anyone else on the teams. Part of my success was my diligence in recording my customer conversations as best I could. I’d juggle a headset, frantically jotting notes during calls—disjointed scribbles that captured the conversation but distracted me from the customer. If I went in person I'd do my best on the subway rides back to the office to write all my notes down on my phone then copy them into Dynamics. I believed that if I nailed the notes, future conversations would be more fruitful. But I had to sacrifice focus to do it. If I were my own revenue leader, and had the AI available today that didn't exist when I was an AE, I'd go get a tool like WINN.AI strictly to limit the administrative work for your salespeople. 1) They don't want to do the admin work either so getting on them to get it done isn't helpful. 2) Salespeople want to spend their time with customers. That's $ for them 3) The best thing I can do as a revenue leader is enable the sales team to speak with more customers, not less. #Sales #Marketing #AI

The job of your sales enablement tech isn't to drive product usage, give you more data, help you pass quizzes or beat bots. The job is to make you more money, by making your reps better. If you improve what your team says and how they say it, you'll generate more leads, close more deals, and boost retention rates. That's why 90% of GTM orgs invest in sales enablement tech. The upside of solving the real issue is huge. YET 90% of the things you teach reps never get used in front of clients. Your tech stack is failing you, and they're probably putting the blame on you rather than looking at themselves. Regardless of what tools you use, your reps don't practice, don't receive enough feedback and you likely have no idea if A) taught skills get used with actual clients and B) if it impacts your actual business. This is why we have struggled with how to describe what we're doing. Because AI Roleplay, Conversational Intelligence, Feedback Automation and even Learning Management Systems just don't cut it when it comes to doing those things. Our entire point of view is that you need 3 things. Practice, Feedback and Measurement. Think of it like an Enablement Trinity. If you solve for that, you unlock the full potential of every client interaction. Everybody wins. The job-to-be-done is not to use a product. The job-to-be-done is to actually adopt the things you're taught. We are creating the world's first Training Adoption Platform.
