Adapting to new technologies may feel overwhelming at first (I say this from personal experience). But it order to stay relevant and keep customers happy and loyal, this is a must. The ultimate goal is to utilize technology to make customers’ lives easier and more pleasurable, which will also help to gain market share. Just consider Amazon and Uber. They embraced new technology to create ease of use to the point that it changed human behavior. Think about it: We shop and get around in a completely different way even from just 10 years ago. While most companies won’t be able to leverage technology to this degree, it's possible to achieve so much — to utilize data and foster community, for example — to satisfy customers and retain them.

Sustainability Initiatives: Hubs often have more resources and infrastructure for implementing sustainability initiatives.
