    There are few things as rewarding (or exhausting!) as spending a week building into the lives of young people in search of their Savior. This is done by caring for the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each camper in the cabin. We do everything together 24/7 for seven full days!

    Additional responsibilities include:
    1. Leading devotionals based on the topics taught in main chapel.
    2. Learn campers' individually, including their spiritual condition.

This is done by caring for the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each camper in the cabin. We do everything together 24/7 for seven full days!

    Additional responsibilities include:
    1. Leading devotionals based on the topics taught in main chapel.
    2. Learn campers' individually, including their spiritual condition.
    3. Act as the boys' parent for the week, including enforcing all camp safety rules and other regulations.
    4. Work cooperatively with the Summer Staff and other counselors for larger group activities and skill development activities (archery, riflery, mountain biking, etc.).
    5. Attend morning staff meetings.
    6. Be creative and FUN.

    Effective trustees function as members of a board of Christian stewards of all that God has entrusted to the Organization. This includes shepherding, supervising, maintaining the people, the physical property, the gifts made to the camp, etc. Everything that is done by the board (15 members) is of the board and done via vote as per the bylaws in place for the Organization. I've found that it's a great way to protect the tradition of camp, to love on others and to also find ways to grow, in a healthy, sustainable fashion, the ministry over time.
