New statistics are reflecting some good news in the senior living industry. Assisted living is coming in as a more affordable option when compared to other alternatives. The workforce numbers for the long-term services and support sectors (LTSS) were 4% lower in January of this year, but assisted living saw a 5% increase in workers. The pandemic caused a workforce shortage that is now, thankfully, beginning to turn around.
