Perspective from someone who was in sales for 12 years and prior worked with countless sales reps. I always noticed the vast variances in sales reps and that a lot of traits are innate. So, the key is to recognize where you excel and where you fall short. Here are some topside things to have awareness around: 1. Are you a good listener (most are not- #truth) 2. What are your relationship skills? 3. Are you organized? 4. How can you adapt? #noAIwasused

Even bigger than the actual speaking is the energetics around having good posture which is then aligned with confidence in speaking. 💥

A big thing here is to be ready and able to "hold" that. A lot of advice is given to have audience engagement, but if the speaker cannot hold that energy, it won't work.

Well...how bad do you want it? What's a set back? Any successful entrepreneur will tell you it's not easy. So, get a grip on reality, stop listening to FOMO marketing that you can make all this money in a day, do the work, makes the changes you need to do, tweak, go again, hire a coach. I experienced this when I was a consulting/coaching group and a business owner would do a good thing and buy everyone (employees) on the team a year package...and that created a lot of employees that weren't into it. YOU (the person) has to be the one that commits. A business owner should have these conversations, openly without expectations. Will save everyone time, money, and energy.

Totally cliche, but breathwork has always been a go to in addition to preparation. And I dare say the majority of speakers admit they still have some level of nervousness and that it gets easier w/ practice.
