Serve on the committee that works with the DC embassy community to plan and execute fall and spring workshops of interest to both new educational and cultural ministry staff based in the DC area as well as local college, university and higher education officials.

Served as coach for 4 international education professionals in Region VI (Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio) as well as presented at the coaches' training workshop at Emory University in early 2007.

Represented Recruitment, Admissions & Preparation (ESL & EducationUSA) topics/needs to member institutions and to the the national organization. Coordinated planning of conferences sessions on these topics for two regional conferences.

Addressed issues of admissions standards, credit transfers, and official language review of university's bulletin.

Helped advise the seminar planning committee for the annual HOBY (Hugh O'Brian Youth) Leadership seminars in Wisconsin and identified potential donors.

Coordinated the annual three-day seminar along with a staff of 30 counselors, 30 alumni volunteers for 250 outstanding high school sophomores from around the state of Wisconsin.

Directed a staff of 30 counselors that worked with groups of 6-10 students throughout the seminar (and afterward as well).

Served as volunteer leader of a group of 8-10 high school sophomores from around the State of Wisconsin, during a 3-day seminar at Carroll College.
