How can you effectively explain the importance of alt tags to clients?
We need to include alt tags because: Alt tags are like those little sticky notes you put on things to remember what they are or why they're important. In the digital world, they're attached to images on websites to tell people (and search engines) what the image is about, especially when the image can't be seen or loaded. This is super helpful for folks using screen readers because of visual impairments. And alt tags help your website become more noticeable on search engines by giving them the scoop on your images, which is great for drawing more visitors to your site.

What are the best strategies for managing internal communication during a large-scale campaign?
In our shop we are in the final stages (gods willing) of a major launch for a new RPG VTT platform. We use Discord for twice/wk update mtgs, Q&A with team with immediate communication, and Notion for multiple team members to co-edit documents, leave comments, and share feedback in real-time. It's a good platform for organizing all project-related information and assigning tasks, deadlines, and progress. We start discussions in person, then put solidify action in Discord, and track responsibilities in Notion where they can be elaborated upon, organized, and tracked.
