Here's how you can address a question about your weaknesses during an interview.
As some of the other contributors already pointed out, when asked about a weakness during an interview, I typically use a strength that could also be viewed as a weakness. For example, "I pay an inordinate amount of attention to detail." (Which could be seen as being a perfectionist!) But what's the weakness side of that? It might delay a project. Then you have to reflect on that weakness and talk about what you need to address to fix that weakness. For example, "I realize that just like a startup, I need to release the MVP to get it in other people's hands for feedback so that the project can move to the next step." Always show you understand how that weakness can impact your work and what you're doing to address that weakness.

How can you encourage listeners to be more engaged during your speeches?
Storytelling is key to engaging an audience. Tell good stories with visual cues to help show people what you’re saying. Using anecdotes, personal reflection, and asking questions that make the audience a part of the speech helps to keep them deeply engaged. Lately, I incorporate spoken word into my speeches which has been a welcomed approach in an industry that usually hears speeches that sound as if someone is reading directly off their slides. Delight and surprise. Get people up and moving. Get them to smile or laugh. Look people directly in their eyes. Use your hands for illustrating points. Call out names in the audience of people you might know and connect their stories to the speech you’re giving. Connect and engage.
