Covid has brought that forward into the work culture. Having a Hybrid working schedule helps. It is important for all remote workers to keep that personal space. Plus, having balance uplifts the organizational culture. If your company executive team encourages it, you take it and do not fret about perception. A happy, healthy worker is a priority.

You can Sprint ahead with any project, but once the roadblocks are present you have to stop, evaluate, and provide credible costly options for stakeholders to consider. All evidence must be clearly transmitted or the Trust factor is lost with project sponsors.
