Coached a team of 4 eleven year old kids for an intense robotics and research competition: met 4-6 hours a week for a total of more than 100 hours of work.
- Helped the team set realistic goals and motivated the members to work on their parts
- Facilitated meetings and helped the team learn to collaborate and work towards multiple goals
- Relayed all aspects of First Lego League guidelines and rules to the team and parents

Cut red tape and spearheaded initiative that resulted in digital data management with time/cost savings by effectively advocating with state and local PTA organizations.

Enlisted help of Illinois Attorney General office to reverse payment denials: worked with insurance company, obtained documentation from doctors in US/Italy, fended off collection and obtained full reimbursement.

Went on a medical mission to Peralta, Dominican Republic.
