How do you dress for a virtual conference and optimize your video appearance?
For women I've found a unique pair of earrings can show you have put thought into your "shoulders up" appearance. Typically a top with a collar or rounded neckline comes across better than a v-neck. Add that fresh coat of lip gloss right before going on camera. You probably would for an in-person appearance! If you are the speaker (as I have been many times virtually), dress as if you would if you were on stage, less the high heels. You are more likely to present well if you dress to impress.
