One thing I enjoy is keeping a close eye on my sales and having thorough descriptions of them. I'm currently working on getting a CRM system to automate this process. Until that's set up, it's vital to track every successful deal or sale and gather essential information. How long did it take to make the sale? What was included in the deal? What exactly did you sell, and to whom? Answering these questions can help you focus on your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and set achievable goals to consistently meet or exceed them every year or quarter.

One thing I’ve found helpful is choosing the most suitable channels for follow-up, whether it’s email, phone calls, video meetings, or even in-person visits. Different situations may call for different methods.
