Friends, I'd like to introduce you to a new concept that we've been developing at MillerKnoll: Relationship-Based Work. You can think of it as a complement to activity-based work that uses workplace design to strengthen relationships between individuals, groups, and the overall community. For those that are familiar with MillerKnoll's POV on the future workplace, Design With Impact, this is a workplace strategy and place design approach to help deliver on those aspirations. Relationship Based Work is a concept that we'll be talking a lot more about in the coming months.
