In this captivating and deeply personal reflection, Kelly Hopping takes readers on a transformative journey from a life fueled by busyness and ego to one grounded in purpose, presence, and faith.

As a high-achieving executive and mother of three, Kelly had always sprinted through life, filling every moment with meetings, commitments, and activities. But beneath the surface, she grappled with the relentless pursuit of achievement and the need for validation from others. Burnout became inevitable, and she knew she had to make a change.

In a bold move, Kelly took a six-month sabbatical--a period of reflection and self-discovery that would forever alter her path. Embracing uncertainty, creating space for herself, and reflecting on her past experience, she began to listen to her heart and found a newfound gratitude for life’s opportunities.

Through honest and insightful storytelling, Kelly shares the lessons she learned along the way, offering valuable insights and practical guidance for anyone seeking a more fulfilling and impactful path to the C-Suite. From the challenges of letting go of control and trusting the path ahead, to finding purpose and joy in the present moment, these stories are a love letter to her family, friends, mentors, leaders (the good and the bad), and the transformative power of embracing vulnerability.

For readers seeking inspiration and a roadmap to living a life aligned with their values, “Rising” is a heartfelt and empowering guide that reminds us all to slow down, breathe, and savor the journey.
