“Kathy Naylor was my HR business partner over the past few years. I felt that Kathy was a true partner to me, and went above and beyond her HR responsibilities to continuously help support and develop my team. Kathy’s decades of experience made her a fantastic sounding board and she always provided excellent guidance in tough situations. She was a true professional and partner the entire time I worked with her. She’d be a fantastic asset to any team.”

How can Executive Coaching help senior executives with succession planning?
I agree with assessment as a starting point, however, I would suggest going beyond that to include an organizational and cultural assessment. I think inclusion of key core competencies would be beneficial to consider In alignment with the culture in the strategic plan. I would expand the viewpoint/scope to drive the appropriate solution.
