Can you expand your thoughts to include the perspective of the physician as the patient’s fiduciary. How do they effectively and efficiently execute this posture inappropriately fixed (take it or leave it) EHR structure? This topic creates real tension with physicians.

Your team is struggling to keep up with workflow demands. What collaboration software can help?
With more remote work/workers, the key to effective collaboration is really good communication - preferably direct (face to face) but at the very least 'live' via video conferencing if people are remote (Zoom, Teams, Etc.). For shared documents and files we use Dropbox - allows for multiple editors on single files and documents. When it comes to project management software, Microsoft is solid. In reality, if you don't have good team communication, no software product can make up for poor 'teamness'

There is no substitute for authentic relationships. Not only is communication (regular and truthful) vital, but follow through based on integrity (you do what you say you'll do) and managerial vulnerability (be willing to admit your shortcomings and weaknesses) lowers barriers to authentic relationships.

The initial priority is to develop well educated leaders in selected community priority areas and to target funds to qualified applicants seeking further education in approved priorities identified by CHE Leadership Arilo Center. Current funding will support education in the areas of:
