Identifying work that can be shifted out of the commissioning schedule and into earlier phases of installation and construction.

Improving time reporting to include additional information and itemization of work into non-conformance costs (NCC's), non-conformance records (CCN's), and supplier claims.

Creating and utilizing labor calculators that evaluated the total effort required to commission equipment and systems based on quantities, schedule activity durations, critical path items, and milestone dates. Escalated improved calculation tools to Sales Engineering to incorporate into standard offer guidance and sales configurators.

Implemented the commissioning engineering training and qualification program to insure all contractors and full-time employees of all skill levels possessed the knowledge and safety awareness to peform all work steps involved in the commissioning processes. Show less

Oversaw a subset portfolio of capital projects to enable a new delivery connection from the Paline pipeline to the Jefferson energy terminal near Beaumont. Individual projects included API 653 repairs to tanks located in two tank farms, installation of a pipeline junction near Beaumont, and debottlenecking and operational flexibility improvements at the Longview origin point.

Challenged to coordinate construction activities between 4 pipeline operators, and to provide design consensus between several internal and external stakeholders on all manifolds, measurement, pipeline, and terminal scopes of work.

Project manager for the installation of 6 LACT units and a 12" connecting pipeline, along with associated power, controls, and site improvements, for the offloading of crude oil into the mainline trunk station.

Integration Manager, transitioned to Project Manager. $50MM organic growth project to reverse flow on a 150-mile crude oil pipeline system.
