    Detailing and quantifying labor requirements for the commissioning process overall and compartmentalizing the work steps within each phase: inspection, energization, configuration, verification, and testing.

    Identifying work that can be shifted out of the commissioning schedule and into earlier phases of installation and construction.

    Improving time reporting to include additional information and itemization of work into non-conformance costs (NCC's), non-conformance records (CCN's), and supplier claims.

    Creating and utilizing labor calculators that evaluated the total effort required to commission equipment and systems based on quantities, schedule activity durations, critical path items, and milestone dates. Escalated improved calculation tools to Sales Engineering to incorporate into standard offer guidance and sales configurators.

    Implemented the commissioning engineering training and qualification program to insure all contractors and full-time employees of all skill levels possessed the knowledge and safety awareness to peform all work steps involved in the commissioning processes.
