“I had the pleasure of working with Justine as part of a leadership development project we created here at Unisys, called Project Blueprint. Our upcoming HR leaders were placed on two separate teams and tasked with developing a project plan to solve an important HR issue. At the conclusion on the project, Justine was voted by her peers as the MVP for her team. Feedback from her team included the following attributes that supported her winning MVP: "Justine was very organized and instrumental to keeping us on task and focused. She contributed a ton of information and ideas towards the completion of our project. She was key to squelching disagreements and getting to the route of what we were trying to accomplish as a team." "Justine is bright, articulate and leads by example." "Justine's positivity is extremely contagious and proved valuable throughout this project."”
