Feedback is the output of any coaching relationship and is therefore absolutely essential. In addition to gathering feedback and follow-up actions, it's important to set measurable goals and milestones. Communication regarding long-term follow-up should take place, offering opportunity for both the coach and mentee to evaluate the long-term success of their interaction.
