What do you do if your entrepreneurial venture is facing risks and uncertainties?
First off you just have to be an absolute DOG in entrepreneurship. Risk and uncertainty is an everyday thing, if you cannot handle that you're in the wrong business. One of my favorite quote is always "focus on what you can control!" In the face of risks and uncertainties, I take a proactive approach. I assess the situation, develop contingency plans, and adapt strategies to minimize impact. Communication is key, both internally with my team and externally with stakeholders. Also I've learned to fall in love with the problem you're solving not necessarily your idea. Remaining agile and open to feedback, pivoting when necessary to seize new opportunities.
