What are the top sales prospecting strategies for 2025?
First spend time understanding the problems that a business may be experiencing, and then craft and simplify a message that reflects that, plus how you think you could help (i.e. a point of view). As you approach any professional on a professional network like LinkedIn, true personalization means being able to articulate and expand on their challenges or goals, almost better than the customer can themselves. In a professional sense, if I'm a buyer, I want personalization that will show that you can help me succeed. Prospects will spend time with well researched, prepared, and disciplined sellers. You can supplement this sort of personalization with the fun stuff; where they went to school, interests, etc, but it's the icing, not the cake :)

How can you make a prospecting call more conversational?
Simplicity, really for any conversation or process, is more difficult to achieve than complexity. To create and environment where the conversation feels simple, and naturally-flowing, requires you to prepare very well and establish your goals, but show up ready to take the conversation wherever it may go. People want to talk about things that are interesting to them, they want to talk about themselves and their world, so use that the way a sailboat uses the wind to find a heading in an unwieldy ocean. You must first either research or make an educated guess on what will be interesting. In sales, "interesting" means a focus on their business & challenges. In preparation, explore and research the business to prepare questions.

Launched in 2014 by Business France and Bpifrance, Impact’s vision has always been to build a global platform for French startups that have the ambition of expanding internationally. From Day 1, we have chosen a small-scale and very hands-on approach, working with a limited number of companies and growing step by step. We launched in San Francisco back in 2014, and then added a campus in New York City two years later. After three successful editions in the U.S., our program has expanded to China, and will continue to expand its footprint in Japan & Korea in the upcoming years.
My role in this project is to coach CEOs and Founders of early-stage French start ups on Sales Methodology and behavior in North America. The goal is for each of the participating companies to build a skillset to serve as a foundation as they make the leap to consume their piece of the North American market. -

As process coach, I'm responsible for hand picking a team of LinkedIn employees who help conduct an immersive two week program for our newest employees fresh from graduation. I develop content, lead presentations and exercises that prepare these employees to get the most out of their burgeoning LinkedIn careers.
The purpose is to solidify their functional understanding of our business model, our various products, ongoing projects, and generally how we approach business relationships…As process coach, I'm responsible for hand picking a team of LinkedIn employees who help conduct an immersive two week program for our newest employees fresh from graduation. I develop content, lead presentations and exercises that prepare these employees to get the most out of their burgeoning LinkedIn careers.
The purpose is to solidify their functional understanding of our business model, our various products, ongoing projects, and generally how we approach business relationships within our verticals.
