    Berkeley was a terrific experience, I majored in Anthropology with an emphasis on Archaeology. I was fortunate enough to study under some of the preeminent minds in their respective field, such as Terry Deacon, Laura Nader, Meg Conkey, Kim Shelton, and Tim D.White.

    The EmergIn Leadership program was created to cultivate LinkedIn's future leaders and managers of tomorrow.

    I am proud to be chosen by the Leadership Team to be part of a select group of (approx 50) individuals worldwide and across all lines of businesses to partake in LinkedIn's inaugural EmergIn Leaders program.

    Launched in 2014 by Business France and Bpifrance, Impact’s vision has always been to build a global platform for French startups that have the ambition of expanding internationally. From Day 1, we have chosen a small-scale and very hands-on approach, working with a limited number of companies and growing step by step. We launched in San Francisco back in 2014, and then added a campus in New York City two years later. After three successful editions in the U.S., our program has expanded to China, and will continue to expand its footprint in Japan & Korea in the upcoming years.

    My role in this project is to coach CEOs and Founders of early-stage French start ups on Sales Methodology and behavior in North America. The goal is for each of the participating companies to build a skillset to serve as a foundation as they make the leap to consume their piece of the North American market.

  • Process Coach: Hire-Market-Sell Base Camp

    As process coach, I'm responsible for hand picking a team of LinkedIn employees who help conduct an immersive two week program for our newest employees fresh from graduation. I develop content, lead presentations and exercises that prepare these employees to get the most out of their burgeoning LinkedIn careers.

    The purpose is to solidify their functional understanding of our business model, our various products, ongoing projects, and generally how we approach business relationships…
