Dial more It's a numbers game This is what most managers will tell you. Not hitting your number? Dial more! I've found that it's rarely that simple. Management styles like this are lazy and lacking in emotional intelligence There are a million other reasons your SDR and sellers aren't doing well: 1. Wrong ICP 2. Bad lead data (bad numbers, emails bouncing, etc.) 3. Admin work (what can you take off their plate?) 4. Your product needs work 5. Bad reputation 6. Terrible call scripts 7. Bad lead organization 8.
