    • The North Branch Framework’s goals are to enhance the corridor as an economic engine, employment hub, and multi-node transportation center, all the while highlighting the area's unique natural and built
    environment.
    • The Commercial Real Estate Group at Georgia State University has identified a great opportunity to take full advantage of this framework. Our proposed development, “Armonia”, will include an adaptive redevelopment of 1001 N North Branch, utilizing the area’s unique preexisting environment and a complete overhaul of 934 N North Branch. Our desired endpoint is a development that will increase economic activity, and provide jobs across the employment spectrum while enacting measures to include various types of transportation.
    • After thoroughly analyzing the surrounding area and other proposed projects, we have concluded that there is demand for office, retail, and life science/laboratory space. Our project will epitomize one of the area’s landmark mixed-use developments, bringing people together from all over Chicago, hence the name “Armonia” or “Harmony” in English.
