AWIS Global (Autodesk Women in Sales)
Taking what was started in the Americas sponsored by Pete Baxter, AWIS Global expands the initiative to bring more gender diversity to tech sales. I am part of a global core team focused on foundations and infrastructure to attract and retain top women talent to tech sales in effort infuse diverse thought leadership into the Autodesk sales organization. AWIS is one of two Autodesk people initiatives set by Andrew Anagnost to increase Women in Sales by 25% in 3 years.
