How can you stay up-to-date with industry trends when creating a value proposition?
I have a few recommendations that add to and adjust what Jamie J wrote: (1) Listen more than you speak. (2) Avoid use of these nauseating buzz words like "value proposition", which are robotic and not genuine. Normal human conversation preferred by all is the reality (3) Recognize that "diversity" is now a buzz word that has been devalued by reckless overuse. Diversity is NOT automatically better. It depends on circumstance & players involved. (4) Teamwork is valuable, but good teams are made up of individuals who perform and know their strengths and their roles. Individuals & their accountability, and being good at what THEY do, are what makes up a really good team! (5) Do not assume. If you do, you often make an ASS out if of U and ME!
