About
HR3 was founded on June 28, 2017, by Dr. Rabia Jafri, Roshanak Azad, Dr. Ajmal Sobhan, and many others, including active members of the Peninsula Islamic Community Center. We provide many supportive services to help refugees adjust to their new home here on the Peninsula. We do this through a variety of programs including English language immersion, job placement, health screenings, and assistance with identifying housing, transportation, cultural integration, and educational support opportunities with key community partners.
