    Dove’s goal for this training day was to get 30 of its top marketing and branding executives in the mind-set of twentysomething women for a 2008 advertising initiative. Paint the Town Red facilitated this idea by creating an Amazing Race-style event that had five teams competing in challenges throughout Manhattan.
