I'm a bad SQL Engineer but thank you Anthropic Claude 3.5 sonnet. I'm trying to setup a disk usage autoscaling for my AWS RDS PostgresSQL for the application. I'm at already a benchmark to use based on my current utilization to set the minimum table space disk usage on the database disk. I think I'm gonna try the AWS NVme disk for my Postgres Server disk and see the improvements. NVME disk has a really fast I/O for your database workloads If you have high throughput database read and write operations. Kubernetes Cert Job Description: 🚀 KCNA If you have your KCNA, you're most likely going to be looking for some beginner-level Kubernetes jobs. Maybe a cloud engineer role that's focused on troubleshooting Kubernetes issues to get the lay of the land. 🚀 KSCA KCSA, although it's a beginner cert, there is a lot of information around security. This is a cert a bit past the beginner-level roles because it does require you to have Kubernetes knowledge already. If you don't have k8s knowledge, check out the KCNA. 🚀 CKA The Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is the advanced-level infra ops k8s cert. This is a fully hands-on exam, so you're definitely going to want at least 1 year of working with Kubernetes or a SIGNIFICANT amount of lab time. Even if you have lab time, I'd honestly suggest to work in a Kubernetes environment before taking this exam because you'll get more out of the test knowledge-wise. 🚀 CKAD The CKAD exam is like the CKA, but with a developer-focus. Some people say the CKAD is an easier exam, but I think that all depends on your level of experience. 🚀 CKS The CKS exam is the hardest Kubernetes exam. It's 100% focused on k8s security. like the CKA, it's all hands-on and no multiple choice. The CKA is a prerequisite for the CKS #kubernetes #devops #platformengineering

Kubernetes cluster networking is drastically important because remember... Your application stacks running on Kubernetes are running on a cluster and that cluster can be communicated with both ingress/inbound and egress/outbound via the cluster. When you’re setting up cluster networking, you’ll want to ensure that you choose proper CIDR ranges and ensure you know what nodes are public and private. The internal networking for Kubernetes from a Pod perspective is managed by the Container Network Interface (CNI), but the cluster is still an entry point. Proper firewall rules, network ranges, and overall connectivity to the cluster are drastically important from both a security perspective and an overall management perspective. #kubernetes #devops #platformengineering
