Wipro, Microsoft collaborate to launch AI-powered assistants for financial services. "This new solution set, powered by Microsoft, will help provide better and faster market and product intelligence to financial advisors and banking professionals, enabling them to deliver more personalized and timely service to clients," said Suzanne Dann, CEO of Americas 2 SMU. "These solutions will also reduce the multiple -- often repetitive -- steps needed to onboard new investors or originate loans, cutting down the time spent on paperwork," she added. The solutions will also utilize Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence, which uses advanced machine learning to extract text, key-value pairs, and structures from documents.

Thank you Kantar Brandz for naming Infosys as a top 100 world’s most valuable brand. What’s even more heartening for us is to be counted among the most-trusted brands in India and in the US. That acknowledgement – coming in a tough year of much disruption, global volatility, and our stakeholders still being able to confidently say they count on us to navigate them through all the uncertainty – means the most to us. Trust. You can build it, win, or lose it. Yet, this intangible asset can feel as tangible as any other corporate resource. Earlier this week, a colleague of mine was talking to a candidate who’d applied for an open position in our team. When asked why Infosys?, her response was simply, ‘I put a lot of myself into my work, my job, and I want to know that my energy will be used by the organization I serve to do what’s right for all. I’ve known Infosys for a great part of my adult life, and I’ve known Infosys to always do the right thing. I feel I’d be in good hands.’ Now that's trust. And whether it comes from employees, clients or from other stakeholders of the business, trust is a foundational pillar for any brand, more so in an environment where trust in institutions is rapidly receding in the world – especially trust in companies headquartered in global powers, according to the 2024 Edelman Trust Barometer Global Report. This secret sauce, we know, fuels customer loyalty, employee satisfaction, shareholder support, regulatory approvals, community support and, of course, growth and longevity. That’s something unchanging for us for over 4 decades and will continue to be at the core of our success in the decades to come. And thank you to all our stakeholders whose continued trust has propelled us amongst the most respected brands in the world. We couldn’t have made it so far without you.
