We enjoy Keith Ford's argument that while the "golden age" of UX might have been in the past, the current economic downturn presents a unique opportunity for UX professionals to redefine their roles. The UX of conversational AIs will continue to evolve. How users interact and understand a new AI experience can make or break adoption. Creating that new experience within the healthcare space just increases the challenges and risks. But much of what we know about good UX still applies—clarity, feedback, context—the attributes of a great experience that impact credibility and trust with the patient are so important. Alexandra Cornille, Senior Product Designer at WillowTree, recently shared her experience designing a conversational AI for one of our healthcare clients.
