Product Leadership Mythbusting Myth: Strong leaders provide the best solutions. Truth: Strong leaders ask powerful questions to guide and enable their teams to deliver the best solutions. One of the most prevalent misconceptions about product leadership I've encountered is the myth that product leaders determine what product solutions the business should deliver. Instead, the best product leaders coach curiosity by asking powerful questions focused on identifying the highest value problems to solve. This enables their product teams to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, sales and customer success to determine what products the business should deliver.
