One activity to bring in the voices of stakeholders in the process of change is to have them create a "More of This. Less of That." list in regards to what will make the change successful. It will give you a window into their concerns and potential roadblocks.

How can you ensure stakeholders are recognized during a change initiative?
One of the most effective ways to communicate why your change project matters is through storytelling. Change can be hard for some, so facts and logic are not always enough to get people excited. If you can build a narrative around the change, you can connect at a more meaningful level. The story component can be as simple as how you arrived at the need for this change or can even be a "day in the life" narrative that captures the outcomes of this change.
