You’re looking to implement team building exercises in your organization. What should you consider first?
Having a clear destination in mind is crucial. If you're uncertain about your destination, how can you recognize when you've arrived? Additionally, transparency with participants regarding the journey you plan to guide them through is essential. Avoid surprising them with a dramatic "aha!" moment at the end. The more information people have about the path you're leading them on, the more actively they will participate.

What communication strategies can you use to improve strategic planning sessions with partners?
Active listening is the most underused skill in business. We tend to want to look and feel smart, so we dominate the conversation while alienating those whom we which to collaborate with. Pause, think and listen.
