What are the best ways to establish trust during subscription renewals?
Work with your team to understand the unique journey the client has been on since their last renewal. What were their challenges and goals? What's changed for them (layoffs, new leadership, acquisition, etc)? You then share the impact you've had on their journey by giving an overview of the partnership. What projects have you worked on? What have they launched? What have been their wins so far? And how do these wins make their way into their company's wider goals? Lastly, share what's on the horizon. Provide a tailored plan for the upcoming year. What projects do you envision working on? How will a specific feature benefit them? How will the partnership impact their greater business?
