In my experience and in my own journey NOTHING can replace sleep. Sleep is vital for our recovery and it is the first thing that we should address when we look to enhance our performance. Our brains need it to process and remove waste and toxins.

The first step is always establishing a plan of action that aligns your priorities with your goals. You can't establish an effective time management plan if you don't know what your priorities are.
