And always have the cyber team follow up and recheck to make sure what needs to be addressed is addressed.

We need to make sure that the password policy meets strong characteristics, this is a forcing function for users to maintain a strong password/passphrase. For Public connection, VPN or .1X is crucial to maintaining secure communications. Also educate the business on how to use those capabilities

Cybersecurity program has to be up front, have good training, talk with different business office, knowledge is power. It is important to communicate and make the business aware of the threat landscape

Growing a security culture makes a world of a difference. The key is that to be visible, create ways to reach the business, and create a cyber program that brings value. Creating a culture enhances Security across the organization.

There has to be a process to ensure the tools are compatible with existing infrastructure and it meets the security requirements. Need to have the processes in place so there is no random applications or tools simply added into the network. A process makes a difference
