  • PM for 10 years on a GOCO aviation fuels contract

    -

    Was the PM on pricing, submitting proposal and working with DLA energy in winning a 5 5 year contract for managing the entire fuel supply chain at one of the Air Forces highest visibility basis. Received excellent CPAR’s and contract renewed for a total of 10 years.

  • PM on the largest roof replacement job in Virginia

    Responsible for a roof replacement on the second largest roof in Virgina. It was 10 million. Excellent CPARS no lost time injuries.

  • Add 1,000,000 sq feet of cooling to one of the VA’s largest hospitals

    A design build project adding over 1,000,000 sq feet of additional cooling to a VA hospital. Cost was $3,000,000 plus many CO’s. Project manager. Good CPAR’s. Included IT aspects to assist in state of art cooling techniques.

  • Renovate and retrofit VA Canteen and cafe

    PM on 2 million total renovation of kitchen and seating area in 7th largest VA hospital that can serve over 1,000 people at peak capacity. This is in the center of the hospital and was a highly visible project. Done on time and within budget

    Was PM in working with equipment provider for operating room equipment in assisting in programming the equipment and making sure that it met the scope of work and patient care for operating room standards and easy for Doctors to use in procedures

    I was the owner of Talon as President and CEO project manager for a 6 million renovation for SPS in the 6th largest VA hospital. A two year project

    In the course of my career in being a total owner to majority owner of government contracting companies serving 90% Federal work in all 26 agencies. I have been involved in leading over $300 million in government services to both Federal and State governments.
