A joyful moment from Lenovo Tech World. It makes me think machines and people can happily coexist. This reminds me of something Gartner said. They released supply chain survey data that predicts demand from machine customers will become increasingly relevant, generating more than 20% of revenue. Machines purchasing goods and services!? As far out as that sounds, it's close. Lenovo is already working with Agentic AI. Rather than react to queries, it will act autonomously for people and enterprises. This opens up fresh discussion within our team. How can we enhance the experience of our machine customers? And should we refer to this as MX (Machine Experience)?

You cannot scale compute without commensurately scaling storage. Likely to an even greater factor.
