Facebook no longer relies on your targeting selection to find your customers. It currently uses the Interest Graph as it’s Primary System for Ads Distribution, An Algorithm TikTok introduced for serving content. Which means, it’s now 100% your ad creative — the image or video, the words, and the engagements. Basically, the algorithm tries to understand your ad creative and decide who to show it to, then optimize the process with feedback from data.
