Usually I see this happen because of unrewarded pay from one of my employers. They get to talking about with the others to get their opinion. But most of the time wanting word to get back to me. By then I’m usually wondering why their performance has decreased and why the others are down. Until I confront them

I have one simple way. I tell them the time period we have and I need it done. They need it done. We are a team. Who knows if we have a court date, a date with attorneys or even royalty or land owners.

Juggling offset meetings from 2 different teams or agendas should never be like a circus. First off each team should be prepared and already understand the direction that helps the company. Have every problem that could come before the company, such as, any permits or regulations or anything that comes before each team. With this being said the teams approach each division with the problems they see, and an answer to them.

Embracing reality is something I really want to stress to the younger workers. Life, and work in are means to an end. Life is hardly ever fair, working hard can allow a person to move forward in life. If a worker or person feels life owes them, then work and good work habits and advancement will never follow them to far. Wishes and Lucy dust rarely get you where you need to be. Life is like a box of chocolates, but sometimes they are melted, sometimes not.

Recognizing power struggles at our office. Well I tell them that my office manager is the boss. That if they want to gossip or pull strings and brown nose the boss. I accept Mastercard, visa and cash. Honestly tho, I have no problems with power struggles. I give my employees to act on our behalf no matter what level. If they can’t than I take the water fountain and coffee maker away.

Depends so much on the problem. Naturally everyone thinks I’m a genius, but I don’t feel like I personally can solve all the problems that have come before me. So at first I started with my trusty Rolodex and then my little black book and now I use my phone to call my friends who I think can help me more than I can help myself. So problem solving can be a universal problem solving. And for me it is!!
