“I've had the pleasure of working with Cindy for the past 2 years. Cindy has a unique set of skills she exercises within the company: - Extremely dedicated, - Very detail oriented, - Process driven, and - Very curious, always learning and advancing learning opportunities to other members of the team: book club, podcasts, etc. At the same time, Cindy also helps keep everyone's head up and the culture positive and focused on the bigger picture and how we can each try and help achieve the necessary results. This is particularly true I tough times. In addition to developing the finance functional and reporting mechanisms at F&BI, she also created the technical and customer service organizations. This included: - Creating the departments, - Integrating the processes, - Designing reporting guidelines, and - Staffing and managing the functions Cindy was also the primary resource in helping to insure the integration and proper use of our IT systems and reporting: CRM, ERP, PLM, Power BI, etc. Finally, Cindy has been the person I can turn to and try to work things out and expect honest feedback from, this is super valuable to me. Cindy is driven, practical and highly ethical. Her genuine curiosity also makes her a welcome addition to an executive team and the search for how to make an operation run its best. I'd welcome the chance to work with her again. ”
