“ I’ve had the pleasure to work with Brian for over 15 years and without a doubt, he was the most consistently successful professional that I worked within my career. He had an enormous amount of success over his long career at LexisNexis, but what was the most impressive was the high level of success that he sustained over the years. There was NEVER a down year in Brian’s long tenure at our LexisNexis, and he worked tirelessly to ensure an exceptionally high level of success over his career. In addition, he was one of the most respected and beloved employees in our company; recognized both regionally and nationally throughout LexisNexis. His boundless selflessness with helping the new employees had a long-term impact throughout the company. He maintained the credo that rising tides raise all ships and the sooner they became successful, that would help everyone else achieve even greater success themselves. He never shied away from helping anyone who sought out his advice, whether it was on our team or an anonymous new recruit who was seeking advice from successful sales leaders. The number of people he helped through our company was incalculable, and he singlehandedly created a strong culture of shared cooperation and teamwork nationwide. It was a hallmark of his indelible mark he left on a company that he was instrumental in helping them become one of the most successful international companies in the world. When constructing a strong team, it is critically important to keep in mind the most important characteristic—character. Great men before us have said that character determines our destiny and I believe Brian Kellenberger personifies that sentiment. I can’t think of a single person I have met in my business life, that was more respected both internally as well externally than Brian. He was a legend within our team and more importantly, his influence was universally recognized by anyone who had the pleasure of working with him. If you are reading this and have the opportunity to hire Brian, please do your organization a great service and find a way to incorporate his infectious culture of success into your business. Your company will benefit greatly and you will look like a genius for bringing him on board. He is a rare find, don’t make the mistake of passing up the opportunity to greatly improve your companies bottom line and culture.”
