Veterati is activating one of history’s most powerful tribes: the military, and the 94% of Americans who support our military, to solve the greatest crisis of opportunity for 1.5M Veterans and 5.5M military spouses today: finding the right job. When we approached this crisis, we didn’t think about it traditionally. Our big insight was that 80% of jobs come through the people who believe in you: your Tribe. So we asked a completely different question. “How do we connect Veterans to the people who believe in them? To the Tribe that will mentor, sponsor, and champion them to success after they come home from the battlefield?”
In comes Veterati - the only digital platform that allows business professionals to directly connect with veterans and military spouses in a very personal and direct way. Many transitioning service members, Veterans and military spouses are looking for advice, guidance and answers to common questions related to employment, education and entrepreneurship. Veterati is legitimizing the power of conversation and designed to make it easy and FREE for our heroes and the 100 million employed Americans who want to volunteer their time to talk and help them accelerate the path to career readiness, job leads and even real career opportunities.

Received award as Team Leader for the Live Virtual Constructive Integration Team. The Live Virtual Constructive Integration team was recognized for its efforts to integrate training systems in support of Large Scale Exercise 2014. This was the first time that Marines at the small unit level were exposed to virtual trainers, such as the Virtual Battle Space Simulator, the Combat Convoy Simulator, and the Supporting Arms Virtual Trainer during a large-scale exercise. They were connected in real-time to rotary and fixed-wing flight simulators, as well as the Marine Expeditionary Brigade Battle Staff of air, ground, and logistics command elements through tactical C2 systems. This was also the first time that air and ground simulators were integrated together with tactical command and control in a large-scale exercise.
